The public is deeply concerned over recent allegations against Kellen Winslow II, a former NFL star. He was first arrested on June 7 when he allegedly broke into a mobile home. He was able to post a $50,000 bond for the burglary charges, and the star was released from jail.

Despite his release, he was arrested again but on charges of violent rape. During the arraignment for the rape charges, authorities decided to deny the suspect bail. Accusations have surfaced that the football player kidnapped and raped two elderly women. It’s suspect that he also targeted other elderly victims.

Dan Owens, Deputy District Attorney, told news reporters that one victim accepted a ride home from the suspect back in March. The 54-year-old had been hitchhiking, but the suspect offered to bring her to her destination. The victim later reported to authorities that he threatened to murder her if she screamed and then proceeded to rape her. A second victim, a 59-year-old, also came to the police to report being raped by the suspect in May.

In all, the NFL star is being charged with two counts of kidnapping with the intent to rape, one count of forcible sodomy, two counts of rape, indecent exposure and oral copulation.

The former football player pled not guilty to multiple charges on June 15. If convicted on all charges, then the suspect could potentially face life in prison. His next court date is scheduled for June 25.

This isn’t the suspects first run-in with the law. Back in 2013, he was arrested and charged when a victim reported to authorities that he was masturbating in a vehicle in public. At the time, the suspect was only charged with possession of synthetic marijuana.
