Cincinnati.com reports that Billy Wagner has pleaded not guilty to the murders of the Rhoden family in Ohio. George “Billy” Wagner entered his plea in court on Tuesday, and is the last member of his family to be arraigned for the execution-style murders of eight Rhoden family members on April 22, 2016.

Wagner’s wife, Angela, 48, and his two sons, Edward, 26, and George Wagner IV, 27, are also being held without bail.

Wagner, 47, was concealing his tattoos in court with long sleeves under his orange jumpsuit. He waived his right to a speedy trial and a gag order was placed on everyone involved in the case. Wagner is scheduled for a pretrial hearing on January 17.

Prosecutors say the Wagners planned the murders of the Rhodens for months over a custody battle between Edward Wagner and Hanna Rhoden, 19. Rita Newcomb and Fredericka Wagner are accused of helping to cover up the murders. Both women were released on bail.
