WLWT reports that jury selection has begun for the retrial of a convicted murderer from Ohio. Shayna Hubers was convicted of murdering her ex-boyfriend, Ryan Poston, in 2012. A judge overturned the conviction after it was discovered that one of the jurors was ineligible to serve.
The case became popular after cameras in the jail caught Huber talking about the shooting. The killing took place in Kentucky, where jurors are not allowed to serve if they are felons who have not been pardoned or not had their civil rights restored.
The jury selection began today in Campbell County.
